Write it down on paper 📄 and check them off once you complete them. Before you start writing a million things you want to get done, I suggest writing 3 personal & 3 business or project goals daily.

When we write too many things, our brain 🧠 gets overwhelmed and we most likely do none. So set yourself up for success and think of small steps that will further your progress to those big goals !!

Be kind to yourself ✨

Allow yourself to be perfectly imperfect. Some days may be good and others bad and it’s perfectly okay!!

I often have days where I feel like sitting on the couch and binge watch Real Housewives and you know what? I allow myself to FEEL and BE in the moment. Don’t get me wrong though, some days I beat myself up for it because I’m human and it’s just what we’re used to doing.

So this post is not only for you, but also for me to remind myself that it’s okay to have off days. Just give your best everyday! Even if your best for today means a date with your bed and Netflix. Tomorrow is another day! Give your body what it needs today !

I can now understand why people love winter so much. I had so much fun skiing with Bae @nikitamukhanovrealestate today. Despite the fact that going down one really bumpy slope, I fell and bumped my head.

It was really a fun experience. I think after skiing for the third time in my life, I am now a pro !! Haha just kidding but somewhere close to that 😂
