Many of you have asked me when I’m coming back from “vacation”.Yo be honest , I don’t really know 🤷🏿‍♀️

I’ve kept many things 🙊personal and shared .So It’s time for the truth as to why I’m here and whats going on in my life (since y’all seem to really be curious)👇🏿

Mid march, 🙅🏿‍♀️I was engaged to a man who I thought I was going to marry. And now that I think about it, had there been no Covid and lockdowns, I might of🤦🏿‍♀️. Was I fulfilled? Hell no! I lost myself trying to please him and do everything that would make me seem like the perfect woman in his eyes.

I lost myself to give the illusion that I was going up in life . You know because if your not married and have kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦by 25, then what are you doing with right?. Society makes us believe so and if not, we feel like failures. I wanted it to seem like I had it all together on the outside, only to feel broken and lost on the inside.

Anyway after many incidents and broken promises, sis I had enough and I couldn’t do it anymore. I decided to end ❌things and move back to my parents house. It was a very hard transition, but it was very much needed for my healing.

Then One of my close friends asked me if i wanted to go to Mexico ✈️ to escape all this covid , and it was obviously a no brainer for me. We booked our 1 way ticket🎟 here.

💫It has been the best decision (after the breakup) that I have made in my life. I’ve met so many amazing , uplifting boss women 💁🏿‍♀️. I’ve literally manifested the life that I can only imagine in my dreams☁️. I have to pinch myself sometimes to believe it. And all this from making one decision to be happy for me!

So sis… if you are in a similar situation, don’t wait for things to get better because they most likely won’t. Take the time to do YOU to the fullest. Magic ✨ and happiness 🤗 is on the other side of all the pain 🤧. And I get it, it seems hard and it hurts, but trust me it feels so good to let go of the things that are holding you back. but once you do…OUU baby, you begin to live!
