Later, I decided to get back to my fitness lifestyle which resulted in me loving it so much, that I decided to become a certified personal trainer, and that’s how my journey began…

Who is Jennifer ...

I have had the pleasure of being a fitness trainer for over 5 years now. Motivating and encouraging my clients was always fulfilling, yet I realized that I could make a bigger impact by teaching people in a group setting. Therefore, I took my passion one step further and got certified as a group fitness instructor.

Over the years I’ve received multiple certifications, worked at the top studios in Montreal such as Mansfield, Modo Yoga and Wanderlust. I’ve taught a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and many more to both men and women of all fitness levels. My love for motivating and encouraging people in group settings has led me to focus solely on that.  Now, my mission is to impact even more people through my online presence and future fitness events!
